I love the idea of Low Carb Fudge. My first question when I saw the recipe was "where DO you find cocoa butter?" I did a little research and found food grade cocoa butter available at netrition.com, 7 ounces for $4.99. I'm not sure how much is needed for this recipe, but that sounds pretty reasonable. I have not purchased anything yet from this website, but they are the same folks that sell the wonderful "Eat Well Be Well" Sugar Free products WITHOUT sugar alcohols. Hope this helps.
